[파이널 판타지15] - (가사/번역) Apocalypsis Noctis, 타이탄 전투 OST

파판15에서는 가장 인기있고, 또 가장 유명한 곡이 아닐까 싶은 Apocalypsis Noctis.

파판15의 타이탄 전투 BGM으로 깔리는 곡이다.

 

곡의 제목과 가사 모두 라틴어로 되어 있는 것이 특징인데, Apocalypsis Noctis는 '밤의 묵시록'이라는 뜻.

 

파판15가 발매된 지 꽤 됐으니 누군가 가사를 한글로 번역해 놓은 게 있지 않을까 싶었는데 딱히 없는 듯 하여 직접 번역 해봤다.

가사는 파이널 판타지 해외 위키[링크]에 기재되어 있는 라틴어와 영어 해석을 모두 참고 하여 번역하였는데,

영어 해석이 아무래도 그다지 정확하지 않은 것 같아 라틴어쪽을 좀 더 신경써서 번역하였다.

아무래도 라틴어는 잘 모르기 때문에 번역기와 사전에 의존하긴 했지만...

 

참고로 배경으로 사용된 영상은 파판15의 Omen 트레일러와 TGS 2016 때 공개된 트레일러를 짜깁기하여 편집한 것이다.

아무래도 게임 전투 BGM으로 사용되는 곡이다보니 보컬의 발음을 꽤나 뭉개놔서,

가사를 편집할 때 발음을 듣고 가사 타이밍을 잡는 것이 꽤 힘들었다.

더군다나 라틴어는 익숙하지도 않은데말이다.

 

그래도 여태 뜻도 모르고 흥얼거렸던 노래 가사의 내용을 알 수 있었던 뜻깊은 시간이었다.

그리고 영상을 편집하다보니 파판15를 다시 플레이 하고 싶어졌다.
